Provided ESG Due Diligence support for the successful acquisition of a majority stake on the most significant road operator in Portugal (Brisa).  Brisa runs a network of 17 motorways and six national highways covering 1,628 kilometres.  The assessment comprised a review of environmental, social and governance performance of the assets and the operating company, with a strong focus on climate resilience of the assets.
